Bespoke Customer DatabasePPC owner Martyn Davies contacted IT-Sorted to look at the computerisation of their card record system containing years worth of customer information. 
IT-Sorted designed and implemented a bespoke database to PPC requirements, complete with an import facility for directly reading in emailed orders. An easy to use search facility and customised customer letters make the system a considerable time saver for the company. The system was installed on the two new office machines which we also networked and configured for back-up and internet access. |
