Euroclad Fabrications required some help with the implementation of their newly purchased Radan e2i production control software and didn't have the internal resources or skills to configure the system to meet their needs.

As well as setting up the labour operations and general system parameters, links were created to a legacy system used in other parts of the same group to request and confirm transport orders.

Reports and data exports were created for the different staff requirements throughout the company, providing information they needed in a form that can be easily digested.

For shopfloor data entry, IT-Sorted designed a seperate software module to enable booking of labour and material at the relevant work-centres. This integrates directly with the e2i system, updating in real-time as operators clock on and off.
